📦 Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received and within 7–10 business days of purchase.
- Made-to-Order / Custom Items: These require creation and processing time — please allow 3–4 weeks from order confirmation to items to be shipped. Please note we will let you know within 48 business hours if your order will take longer than the estimated 3-4 weeks for completion. You have 3 business days from the date of your order confirmation to cancel a custom order, if it is after 3 business days you will be subject to fees for any materials purchased or labor completed on your order.
Shipping Destinations
- We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS only. As long as you can receive deliveries in your country from these providers, we can ship there.
Shipping Costs & Timeframes

Domestic (U.S.):
- Calculated at checkout based on carrier selected, weight, and shipping speed.
- Tracking provided; typical delivery time varies by service (see carrier for details).

International:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, carrier selected, weight, and shipping speed.
- Please Note: International shipments may incur customs, taxes, tariffs, or duty fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
- For U.S. shipments, carriers may occasionally bypass pickup schedules or experience processing delays—this is beyond our control.
- International tracking may be less frequent, and customs clearance can add time.
Order Cancellation & Changes
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the shipping process.
- After dispatch, changes cannot be made; customer is responsible for any reshipment if address is incorrect.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost Shipments: If a package shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 24 hours however we may have to wait up to 7 business days to file a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos, order details, and tracking info.
Customs, Duties, & Import Fees
- Any import duties, tariffs, or local fees charged upon entry into your country are your responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand applicable charges.
